Ive had problems for years with sleeping. My mind wanders and thinks all night keeping me awake til its almost time to get up for work. Prescriptions were an option but they can be addictive and have unwanted side effects.
So now that ive had a chance to try ZzzQuil for myself here are my thoughts on the product.
I love it! I took 2 capsules about an hour before i wanted to go to bed. I started to feel drowsy in about 20 minutes or so, in a good way not a drugged up way lol. My husband tells me by about the 35 to 40 minute mark i was asleep. Next thing i know i wake up to my alarm for work feeling rested and refreshed! It was a wonderful feeling. No grogginess! Normally i toss and turn and see the time every half hour but not this night. It was a great feeling to actually sleep. I even had a better day at work, i had a better attitude and was more productive.
Long story short, this sleep aid is wonderful. It does exactly what it claims it will do. I highly recommend this if you have trouble sleeping.
